Country Morning Rooster
I graduated high school in 2006. In the fall, I started my first semester at Ringling College of Art and Design.
I didn't think there was any future in fabric art, so I tried to leave it behind me. I spent my first two years at school experimenting with every traditional medium you can think of, and those learning experiences were valuable to my growth as an artist. But I missed my fabrics.
I finally couldn't take it any more and the summer before my junior year of college, I dug out my fabric stash and iron and made Country Morning Rooster.
