Falling Water

I grew up near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, so Falling Water was one of those local landmarks that made a great day trip destination. This picture was one of my early ones, and it was the first time I had created a building from fabric.

I chose a night scene for dramatic lighting and interesting colors (since the building isn't actually blue, but appears that way after the sun sets). I also experimented with tulle (mesh netting) to help the background fade away.
