El Pollo Diablo

This legendary demon of fowl persuasion was inspired by a storyline puzzle players had to solve in the video game Monkey Island 3: The Curse of Monkey Island. It involved impersonating this angry rooster in order to trick Blondebeard, the proprietor of a fried chicken restaurant.

In-game, El Pollo Diablo only appears as a very impressive painting hanging on the wall of the restaurant. This quilt is a fabric recreation of that painting in my own style, complete with a quilted frame.
