I had another very exciting day this past weekend! I'm thrilled to share that my girl "Rose" won Best Wall Quilt at the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival in Hampton, Virginia!

Rose was competing against 72 other quilts in her category of Wall Quilt. I made the trip up to Virginia to see her in person without knowing whether she had placed, so it was a wonderful surprise to see her hanging on the winner's triangle. Here we are at the show:
