Cutest Pet Quilt Class
- Put together your very own puppy quilt.
Students will make their very own pet quilt using a pre-prepared kit of laser-cut fabric pieces. Each design is a Kestrel original. Kestrel's complex pictures are unique in their design, and she will guide students through the process of precisely placing pieces to put together the composition.
There are three kit choices for this class. Each is 12" x 12" and made from fused appliqué, raw-edge fabric.
Students will go home with a completed quilt top. The design can be quilted, though it is not required.
Note: When contracting this workshop, the guild must decide which kit will be used for the workshop. All students must be working on the same kit in class.
Kit includes:
- Pre-cut, fusible-backed fabric pieces to make a 12" x 12" fused appliqué quilt top
- Printed paper templates
Students should bring:
- Fabric scissors (small)
- Iron or mini irons
- Tweezers
- Transparent, non-stick pressing sheet
Hardware requirements to be provided by guild:
- Projector with HDMI connection
- Either a projector screen or large, blank, white wall
- Work tables for students
- Extension cords
